Fees & Payment 

Current Fee

$150 per Session

Sessions are 50 min. in length


Important Note: Renaissance Counseling is currently an out-of-network provider only. This means payment is not directly accepted from any insurance provider; including Medicare or Medicaid.  However,  after each session you will be provided with a receipt, which you may use to submit a claim to your insurance company for possible reimbursement of  your fee,  if you have out-of-network coverage. All clients are responsible for paying their full session fee; at the time of service, as well as for submitting any out-of-network reimbursement claims.


 As reimbursement rates depend on each person's individual insurance policy; and cannot be guaranteed, please take time to go over the details of your policy; including your deductible, and availability/percentage of out-of-network reimbursement, prior to scheduling your initial visit. 

Forms of Payment Accepted

All major credit/debit cards, checks, and cash. Checks should be made out to Renaissance Counseling LLC. Please be aware that payment plans are not accepted, and full payment is due at time of service. 

 Note:  To prevent any fee balances from accruing,  a credit or debit card number is required to be kept on file, even if you elect to pay for your weekly sessions via another method.  Your card will never be charged unless you have an outstanding balance. All  card data is stored securely using encrypted software; never in hard copy form, and your card information will not be accessible. 

Cancellation Policy

24 hours' notice is required for all non-emergency cancellations. If 24 hours' notice is not given, you will be responsible for a late-cancellation fee of $85. Renaissance Counseling's full cancellation policy can be found here.
